Payment
We accept payment directly by credit and debit card as well as Paypal. If you wish to make a payment via direct bank transfer (BACS) then please contact us by email.

Layaway
We offer layaway for items over £300 with a non transferable deposit. Please contact us if you would like to arrange a layaway on an item. Items purchased via our layaway service are shipped only once all payments have been received. Please note, we can't hold pieces without a deposit and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted on all returns of layaway purchases. If you would to cancel a purchase before it has been shipped we retain a non-negotiable 15% restocking fee.

Shipping
Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 working days of payment. Shipping is free and comes included in the purchase price. Orders up to £400 are sent with Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service (or just Tracked to Canada), items over £400 are shipped via DHL and take 3-5 business days for delivery. Delivery times vary and we cannot be held responsible for late delivery or any loss incurred. International buyers please be aware your country may charge you import duty/taxes which are not included in the purchase price and are your responsibility to pay, please check your country's customs policies and rates before purchasing. No refunds for items refused due to customs or import taxes. We are not responsible for loss or damage during transit but will help you recover costs from the shipping provider. If a forwarding service is used to complete a delivery, our responsibility ends when the item is delivered to the address given on the order invoice. Please note, that we do not deliver PO Boxes, this is due to shipping providers not insuring parcels sent to PO Boxes.

Returns
We hope you love your purchase, but in the unlikely event that you don't absolutely love your item then please do get in touch. Returns are accepted at buyers' cost. Items will need to be returned with full insurance coverage and in the same condition as sold by AIDA&EMI Jewellery (with no wear, damage or alterations and in the original jewellery box provided) within 14 days of receipt. Should you feel an item has been damaged in transit please email us within 24 hours of receipt, or for general returns within 14 days of receipt in order to initiate a return. Please note after the 14-day return window, all items must be received back to the AIDA&EMI return address within a further 14 days.

International returns MUST be marked UK RETURN on the customs form, if any additional fees are incurred by your incorrect labelling these will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds only on items that have not been worn, resized, acid tested or altered in any way. No refunds on items refused due to customs/import duties, refusal at the point of delivery, reduced or sale items, or any items not received back to us. Layaway items which are returned will incur a 15% restocking or cancellation fee.

Care
All of our items are either Antique, Vintage or Preloved. They are in used condition and may show some signs of age-related wear such as light surface scratches or tarnish. Please see our condition report noted on each product page as well as the photos to show the complete condition of the item. Please ensure you are happy with the item's condition prior to purchasing.

Sizing & Repairs
We do not offer a resizing service as we feel this is best done with your local jeweller to ensure you are completely happy and can make any further alternations as required. We do not offer a repair service.

Testing
All of our jewellery is tested to ensure metal purity, using a variety of electronic and visual aids. All measurements are approximate with no guarantee of actual size. Our items do not come with certificates of diamond grading or insurance valuations unless specified in the listing.
